Laurent (39), a globe-trotting troubleshooter for a Swiss commodity trading giant based in Zug, Switzerland, believes every problem has a transactional solution. Sent to handle a crisis at a copper mine in Mexico, he encounters Xochi (29), an Indigenous hydrologist warning of a looming environmental disaster. Determined to deliver her findings to the company's owner, she becomes the one problem Laurent cannot solve.
